Meet Jessie May Wolfe - HeartRise Founder

Meet Jessie May, a creative force in the meditation field whose radiance is contagious. She is a brave heart leader, speaker, and visionary who empowers teams of creatives, entrepreneurs, and executives using her HeartRise Method, a meditation method to activate the power of your heart that sparks connection and creativity. She believes connection is our greatest currency.

Entrepreneurship can be a very isolating space. We're all working diligently with our heads down, striving for success and stability. But what we sometimes forget to do is connect. I'm guilty as charged. We get caught up in the day to day details and forget the importance of connection which is the essence of creativity. Connection leads to collaboration, innovation, and inspires creativity. Reconnecting with yourself through meditation and tapping into your heart's power can be liberating. 

HeartRise was born out of Jessie May's curiosity to understand how interconnected we all are. Over the last decade she has activated HeartRise in cities around the world, sharing the method with leading-edge companies, like Soho House, Amazon Studios, and Uber, to strengthen emotional intelligence, productivity, collaboration, and communication.

From wellness to tech, real estate, non-profits, advertising, and media, her HeartRise method disrupts company culture offering a fresh take on heart powered leadership. Building bridges with the language of the heart.

On June 21st she'll be hosting "A Summer Solstice Celebration" with Sacred Woman Collective which begins barefoot on the beach in Santa Monica and moves to a private home in Mar Vista for a sacred circle of transformative breath-work, meditation, and sound bath.
