Shipping Materials:

All orders ship in minimal packaging using recycled or bio-degradable materials to minimize our carbon footprint. Our shipping materials come from Eco-Enclose, a Canopy-certified brand that uses only 100% recycled materials including paper activated tape.

All apparel orders ship inside a reusable tote bag made from Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified 100% organic cotton printed with water-based ink. Please reuse these bags the next time you shop in person!

Shipping Timing:

In-stock items ship within 3 business days. Pre-order items typically ship within 5 - 7 business days from our design studio.

Our on-demand zero-waste knitwear drop-ships directly from our Brooklyn factory to you. It takes 3 - 6 business days to knit an on-demand sweater after you place your order, and then shipping can take 2 - 5 days. But we promise, it will be worth the wait! Our slow fashion approach means you're getting a high-quality product that's good for the planet too.

We do not currently offer international shipping for fragrances.
