An asymmetrical cotton crochet panel from the 1900's reimagined as a coquette babydoll dress using cotton double gauze remnants. A delicate ribbon threads through the neckline to make shoulders adjustable. One side of crochet has a cap sleeve and the other has a wide strap, just as it was found and originally crocheted long ago. Falls away from the body with an easy, happy go-lucky fit, perfect for hot summer days. A piece to cherish for years to come.
